So Jena, our newest contributor let me borrow her Spiral Vegetable Slicer this past weekend.
I was swamped with a kids church group at my house right before dinner and she told me to take my zucchini I had on hand and slice it up with her handy dandy slicer and whip up some of my red sauce and whola, dinner served. Sure enough, it only took two minutes to figure out how to use and slice up my zucchini and five to whip up my red sauce in my Vita Mix blender.
So tasty! My kids loved it as well as my husband. I'm sold and now it's on my wish list.
Zucchini Spaghetti
1 Large Zucchini
1 Recipe of Red Sauce
Chopped Basil
Slice your zucchini with a type of julienne slicer or Paderno World Cuisine Vegetable Slicer. Top with red sauce and any other favorite spaghetti toppings.
