Fall Harvest Shake
My wonderful mom gave me this recipe. This shake is fun to make and festive to eat! Kids loved it.
1 cup fresh Carrot Juice
2 Pears, cored and sliced
1 Apple, cored and sliced
1 fuyu Persimmon, peeled and sliced
1 handful of Pre-soaked Almonds
2 Tb Cultured Coconut Milk (coconut yogurt)
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a blender (we like the Vita-mix), and blend on high for a few minutes until you achieve a creamy texture. Serve.
Side-note: This may sound odd, but I like to let mine sit for 10-15 minutes to let the ingredients marry with each other. I find it tastes even better.
